What
exactly is Kuta membership?
Kuta is made up of different types of people who want to improve their
personal efficiencies and achieve more. Many of the problems that you are
faced with have been faced by others before be they personal, financial, business, health or educational.
We
provide a structured meeting once a month within a professional environment with encouraging and positive
people and a unique way of helping you – the Kuta way.
Attend once
a month throughout the year. Take advantage of the support and
guidance of others within a warm, welcoming and businesslike environment.
Kuta goal "chapters" provide
a warm and welcoming surrounding that is complimented with quality refreshment and breakout opportunities.
The
program of personal activity is intended to be challenging, fun and delivered within a learning environment - you'll
learn lots.
Some people say
they haven't yet found themselves. But the self is not something one finds; it is something one
creates. Thomas Szasz 1920-, American Psychiatrist
We are all better than we know. If only we can be brought to realise
this, we may never be prepared to settle for anything less.
Kurt Hahn, co-founder of the Outward Bound Movement
There
isn’t a “typical” type of person that joins Kuta, most of our members are business professionals,
self employed, some wanting there own businesses, whatever their backgrounds
they typically share similar attributes: being smart, hard-working, well-intentioned and wanting a more positive
outcome from their lives
The idea behind Kuta's conception started in 1996 and
in April 2006 our first chapter will start in Leeds. (CLICK

Kuta's chapter directors and team leaders are professionals with outstanding credentials and experience - to help you get to where you want to go.
Kuta staff believes in personal development and
goal setting - if you want to spend time
with people that can really help you shape your goals, you are in the very best company.
We also run seminars
delivered by people with passion - passion for personal growth, self realisation and self mastery.
What qualifies someone to be a Kuta Team Leader or Chapter Director?
Passion.
A passion for helping others achieve
Helping others with knowledge
Guiding people towards understanding
Showing people how to set realistic targets
Celebrating with them when they achieve...
It helps having both academic achievements alongside personal and business success although this is NOT the most important
thing - desire for change - a passion to help others - leading by example and patience! - taking on board the principles
that KUTA stand for and LIVING them.
